it took me many many years to realise that having a passion that you want to turn into a business requires you to know a lot about business strategy, brand building and marketing.
the reason entrepreneurship is so hard is because you have to do the job of multiple people in order to make it work. not only that, you have to get it right so your audience understands it and buys.
over the years in business, this is what i know...

HOW IT STARTED
having worked as a fashion designer with incredible brands like alexander mcqueen, sass & bide, and ghost, I eventually took the leap and launched my own clothing line in 2007 - deborah henning_the label has been stocked in luxury stores like harvey nichols, robinsons, IF Boutique, and njal, and featured in iconic publications such as vogue, grazia, emirates woman, and elle.
i built it from scratch, blood, sweat and tears, i was deep in the 'grind' of entrepreneurship. i learned so many business lessons, had failures and successes, and loved every minute.
With 18 years of industry experience under my belt and my fashion label starting to gain currency, i was asked to work with other brands to help them achieve the same results. so, alas, my design consultancy was born.
in 18 months we were a six figure company and I had the privilege of working with amazing clients, including majid al futtaim, vida hotel, w hotel, mini cooper, puma, and satva living new york.
HOW IT'S GOING
after becoming a mother, i realised my business model had to change - i wanted more freedom with my time and my location. it was my dream to live and work in multiple cities, working from different climates and with clients around the world.
and so, i set about bringing together all my years of experience in both product and services businesses, along with training in mindset coaching and strategy to be able to teach others what i know.
today. I LOVE teaching business owners how to apply the strategies i've learn't over the last 20 years. what works and what doesn't, and the quickest roadmap to success. ready to join me on the journey? let's create something amazing together...
